Mixed greens and/or baby spinach
Crumbled blue cheese
Dried cranberries (craisons, any flavor)
Toasted pecans or walnuts
Fruit (mandaran or regular oranges, apples or pears)

Cranberry-Walnut or Raspberry-Hazelnut (Wishbone) Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble ingredients in a large salad bowl. Either dress the salad ahead of time or serve dressing on the side. All ingredients are added "to taste".

Note: Toast the nuts in the microwave. For 1/3 cup of whole nuts, cook on high for 2 minutes; stir and toast for another minute. They will be quite hot, the color will be darker and they will smell great!
