Salmon 16 oz can 2 cups
Onion grated 1 TBSP
Lemon juice 1 TBSP
Thick white sauce 1 cup
Soft bread crumbs or mashed potatos 1 cup
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, as directed. Shape into patties and sprinkle with flour. Brown on both sides in small amout of fat.
