Put all ingredients in a mixer bowl except the boiling water. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Stir in boiling water just until blended. Pour into pan sprayed with Pam. Bake until sides pull away from pan. Forst while warm (gently) with frosting made from 1/4 c melted margarine or butter (butter tastes bests) 3 Tbsp cocoa, 1 Tbsp milk, and enough powdered sugar to spread. To make it easier you can heat the frosting mixture in a microwave for a few seconds. |

Notes: Grandma Dee taped this to her recipe: "I didn't have potatoes, so I substituted rice. I didn't have paprika, so I used another spice. I didn't have tomato sauce, so I used tomato paste. A whole can, not half a can. I don't believe in waste. A friend gave me the recipe. She said you couldn't beat it. There must be something wrong with her... I couldn't even eat it."
