3 Egg Whites
1 lb. Light Brown Sugar
1 lb. Chopped Pecans
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Dash Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until very stiff and standing in peaks. Add brown sugar, vanilla and salt; fold in pecans.

Roll a teaspoon full of batter into a ball. Roll ball in grandulated sugar.

Bake on a well greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes at 325º.
