1 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz half and half
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ scoop crushed ice
Grenadine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. In tall glass, swirl glass with grenadine from bottom to top; quickly add drink so to freeze grenadine against side of glass. Top with whipped cream and candy cane, if desired.

Non-alcoholic version: 5-6 drops peppermint extract, ½ c milk, 1 c vanilla ice cream. Blend. Prepare glass as describe above and top with whipped cream and candy cane.
