8 T. salted butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter, Beat butter with the sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and egg. Mix only until incorporated, dont over mix. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until crumbles form. Using your hands work the crumbles into a dough. Add chocolate chips. Roll the dogh into 12 balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 9 - 11 minutes. Cookies will look puffy and just barely golden DO NOT OVERBAKE.
