Potatoes
10 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 cans Evaporated Milk
1-2 Cubes (1/2c per cube) butter
Parsley
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel, and cube potatoes. Place in large pot. Dissolve Bouillon cubes in water. Pour Bouillon mixture and just enough water to cover potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Don't over cook or potatoes will be mush. Add butter and milk until heated thoroughly. Add parsley. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese.

Due to having 5 siblings and being a little poor - we ate this often but, we all loved it! Mom always made homemade bread when we had this soup - which is a MUST!
