Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
milk and water

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep pot, pour in sauerkraut and add water to fill pot half way up, bring it to a boil. As that is getting ready, mix flour, salt, baking powder together with some milk and just enough so that they form balls that can be fropped off a spoon into the simmering/boiling sauerkraut. Once the sauerkraut is boiling drop the dumplings in 1 spoon at at ime. Stir constantly for 10-12 minutes. Test one to see. If the center is rather dry and not sticky then they are done. It could take up to 15-20 minutes. Serve hot. (You can use bisquick and water if you don’t want to bother with flour, baking soda, salt, milk and water. They are also good.)
