Potatos – thinly sliced Butter Flour Salt and pepper milk
In casserole place layer of potatos dotted with butter, salt and pepper and flour. Repeat until complete. Add milk only until it can be seen at edge of dish. Bake 400-425 º until done. Stir from time to time.
