Potatos thinly sliced
Butter
Flour
Salt and pepper
milk

Directions:
Directions:
In casserole place layer of potatos dotted with butter, salt and pepper and flour. Repeat until complete. Add milk only until it can be seen at edge of dish. Bake 400-425 until done. Stir from time to time.
