1 head cabbage shredded
1 Bermuda onion, or large onion thinly sliced
1 green pepper thinly sliced
Add grated carrot if desired
Sprinkle with 1 scant cup sugar

In sauce pan combine:

1 c vingear (cider vinegar)
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 TBSP salt
tsp pepper
1 TBSP sugar
Add c salad oil

Bring this to a boil and pour it over the salad Weigh it down with heavy plate. Place in refrigerator and stir in one hour and serve in six hours. Itwill keep two weeks or more.
