1 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
¼ Tsp. Almond Extract
6 Oz. (1 ¼ Cup) Almonds With Skins Finely Ground
1 ¾ Cups Sifted Flour
Few Grains of Salt
Confectionary Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add granulated sugar gradually, beat until light. Add flavor, nuts, salt and flour. Roll out dough a little at a time on a well floured board to ⅛ inch thickness. Cut with a floured 2 inch star cutter.

Bake at 325º for 8-10 minutes. Dust coat cookies with confectionary sugar.
