Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened (room temp)
⅔ cup white sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 ¾ cups flour
¾ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips (i use the mini)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Gradually stir in cocoa and baking powder and keep at it for 2 minutes.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time. (I use room temp eggs) Stir in flour, mix in all the chips. Cover dough and chill for about 10 minutes.

While dough is chilling, preheat oven to 375º.

Divide dough into two parts. Using your hands shape each one into a 9 inch long log. They should be about four inches wide and about 1/2 inch high.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for about five minutes. Reduce oven to 325º. Cut each loaf into ½ wide diagonal slices. Place them on their sides and bake for 9 minutes and then turn them over and bake another 7-9 minutes.

Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
