2 eggs – beaten 2 TBSP sugar 2 TBSP vinegar 2 TBSP butter 2 – 3 oz pkg or one 8 oz pkg cream cheese ½ med onion – chopped ½ bell pepper - chopped
Cook over medium heat (1st four items), stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Have cream cheese at room temperature. Cream together cooked mixture and cheese. Stir in chopped onion and pepper. Serve at room temperature on Ritz crackers.
