1Cup bread crumbs
1 onion chopped
2 ills lean hamburger
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tblsn Dijon mustard
1tblsn tomatoes paste
2 tsp minced garlic
1tsn garlic powder

For the sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsn brown sugar
1 tblsn Worcestershire sauce

This recipe calls for 2pounds of ground beef

Spice:
You can add crushed red pepper flakes to taste for some heat, or a tblsn of brown sugar for a sweeter flavor.

Veggies: you can hide all sorts of veggie goodness in the meatloaf.

Place all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together using a spoon or your hands.

Shape the meat into a loaf and place it in a well greased bread pan.

Make the sauce by combining the ketchup, brown sugar,and Worcestershire sauce in a small sauce pan and bring it to a boil for 2-3 minutes.pour half the sauce on the meatloaf.
Bake your meatloaf.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees.for about60 minutes then add the remaking sauce on top,
Remove it from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes
