3/4 C. Bottled BBQ sauce. (I’ve used Sweet Baby Rays or Open Pit, both good.)
1/3 C honey
1/3 C apple jelly
1/4 C ketchup
1/4 C water
1 T. Brown sugar
2 t. Sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 t. Yellow mustard
1/2 t. Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over med. heat until bubbly. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 15 min.
Ready to swab on the ribs.
I parboil the ribs for about 50 minutes then put them on aluminum covered cookie sheet. Cover with BBQ sauce. Put in 225º oven till tender.
