1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. butter/margarine at room temperature
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 c. white chocolate chips
3/4 c. macadamia nuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 375 degree 8-11 minutes. Cool at least 2 minutes on baking sheet.
Cool completely.
