2 C Sugar
2C Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Soda
4 Large Eggs
1 1/2 C Oil
2 C Grated Carrots

Frosting
1 Pkg Cream Cheese
1 Stick Margarine
1 Box Powdered Sugar (3 3/4 C)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C Walnuts (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all dry ingredients together, mix well. Beat eggs and oil together. Add to dry ingredients, mix well. Add Carrots. Bake for 30 minutes until light brown (may be a bit longer). Cool completely, then frost.
