¾ cup butter, softened
1½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ cup zucchini, grated
2½ cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
½ cup almonds, chopped
1 (6-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla; stir in zucchini. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add almonds and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
