A note from Kelly:
I remember when Gramps, Paul, Sean, Chris and Matt went fishing out of Tampa and caught a nice-sized grouper. The grouper went from the dock to the kitchen, where Nanny made her mother's recipe above. It was by far the best fish & chips I have ever had in my life, including all the "Chippies" I visited in England and Scotland. Is till make this recipe about 2-3 times per year and when I do, there are clean plates all around.
