1/2 cup butter or margarine, creamed
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk (2 Tablespoons vinegar in milk-let stand)
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Top cake with icing made from powdered sugar and milk or evaporated milk.
