One box of lemon cake mix

One 8oz container of cool whip

1 egg

1/2 cup powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cake mix, cool whip and egg in a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Spoon out small amount of batter in hand and shape into a ball. Roll balls in powdered sugar and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake in oven for 12 - 15 minutes, until edges are slightly golden brown.

How famous they are well unsure lol, but Paul created these a few years ago and I personally love them. They are soft and the sweet taste of lemon reminds me of summer. We hope you all enjoy them as much as we do!
