2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 2 T. butter 3 tsp. red pimento 2 T. chopped onion 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. lemon juice
Put everything in a glass bowl and let set at room temperature to soften. Mix with mixer and form into 1 large ball or 2 small balls. Can top with bacon bits, pecans, or we just like it plain. Serve with crackers.
