l large can of sliced peaches or 3 cups of fresh peaches (if used fresh peaches, need to leaven them in refrigerator overnight to produce juice)
3/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 small pkg vanilla instand pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp soft butter
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches and save juice.
Combine flour, egg, pudding, milk, salt, baking powder, and butter and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate. Arrange peaches on top of crust.
Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tbsp peach juise, spoon over peaches. Spoon 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon over the top of the pie. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes or longer, depending on your oven.
