1 small cabbage, shredded
1 small carrot
1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup coconut
⅓ to ½ cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix five ingredients in large bowl, cover and chill. Stir in mayonnaise just before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

This was one of the few recipes in Lois' collection that was attributed to a magazine; most recipes were from friends or family. This one was carefully copied to one of the index cards. Banana Nut Slaw, also from Southern Living, appears on the back of the card.
