1 TSP ANISE EXTRACT OR MORE FOR TASTE
1 TSP LEMON EXTRACT OR MORE FOR TASTE
3 CUPS FLOUR
¼ TSP SALT
3 EGGS
3 TSP BAKING POWDER

-OVEN AT 350º
-MIX BUTTER/SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH
-ADD IN ANISE & LEMON EXTRACTS
-ADD EGGS (ONE AT A TIME)
-ADD FLOUR, SALT, BAKING POWDER AND BLEND TOGETHER
(DOUGH SHOULD BE CRUMBLY, BUT WHEN ROLLED HAND HOLD TOGETHER)
-MAKE INTO 1” BALL
-BAKE ON UNGREASED PAN FOR 15 MINUTES
-LET COOL ON WIRE RACK
-GLAZE WITH MIXTURE OF WHOLE MILK & POWDER SUGAR
-ADD SPRINKLES ON TOP
