1 LARGE EGG
2 TSP VANILLA
½ TSP SALT
4 ½ CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR

-IN MIXER, BEAT THE BUTTER, SUGAR, EGG, VANILLA & SALT UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY
-ADD FLOUR, BEAT UNTIL WELL MIXED, COVER DOUGH AND CHILL FOR 1 HOUR
-WORK WITH ¼ OF THE DOUGH AT A TIME
-ROLL ONTO SHEETS OF WAXED PAPER, USE COOKIE CUTTERS TO MAKE SHAPES
-BAKE 8-10 MINUTES, UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN, PLACE ON COOKIE RACK TO LET COOL
-DECORATE ANY WAY YOU WANT
