Sock (not previously used)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour rice into sock until 3/4 full. Sew end shut. Microwave for 1-2 minutes for hot pack (test first to make sure not too hot). Put in freezer for cool pack. Apply carefully to sore joint, back or neck.
