3 1/2 pound cube steak (cubed)
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup whipped cream (1/2 pint)
6 Tablespoons flour
6 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 sticks oleo
3 cups beef bouillon cubes
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/12 cups canned mushroom pieces
4 cups cooked rice or you can use noodles

Directions:
Saute onion in oleo-set aside. Grown celery, meat, rolled in flour until thick. Stick of oleo. Dissolve 3 bouillon cubes in 3 cups water and add to meat. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender, add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms. Add whipped cream and sour cream. Serve on hot rice or noodles
