1 cup Friendship Bread Starter
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
To one cup Friendship Bread Starter, add all the ingredients except the last two. Pour into well-greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts and cinnamon on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 350º oven. Cool at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.

You can also use a loaf pan or muffin pan.

VARIATIONS: You can substitute the nuts, pudding and cinnamon for any of the following:
-Pistachio instant pudding and 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained.
-Chocolate instant pudding and nuts or chips.
-Lemon instant pudding and poppy seeds.
-Butterscotch instant pudding and pecans.
