1 pkg dry yeast
Warm water
3 cups plain flour
3 cups sugar
3 cups milk

Directions:
Prepare dry yeast with a small amount of warm water and set aside. In a medium sized glass mixing bowl, add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Add yeast, mix and cover with plastic wrap. Do not use any metal (bowl or spoon). Do not refrigerate. Let sit on the counter. The next day (Day 1)-do nothing. On Day 2, 3 and 4 stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula once daily. On Day 5, add another 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. You will need to transfer to a larger glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap. On Day 6, 7, 8 and 9, stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula once daily. On Day 10, add another 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Mix well. Pour one cup of mixture into three gallon size zip lock bags. Tape the Friendship Bread recipe on the front and give to friends. Friendship Recipe follows.
