Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Crush up all the packets of the ritz crackers and put in a bow. Chop up the celery and onions very finely, melt 1 stick of butter in a frying pan and add in the celery and onion chopped mix. Lower heat and let the mixture of the celery and onion sautee for about 15 minutes on the stove, adding in salt and pepper to taste.

Once the mixture has sauteed & it a little "thick", pour over the crushed up ritz crackers in the bowl. Add in the 1 small egg and mix together so that it is moist. Add in the remaining 1/2 stick of melted butter as needed to make sure the mixture isn't to dry. It should be moist and sticky.

Place mixture in casarole dish and place in oven for about 35 - 45 minutes, until the top is crispy.

Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes and serve!
