1 cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl cream together shortening and sugars. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon, stir into creamed mixture. Mix in oatmeal. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Roll dough into walnut sized ball, place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and flatten each cookie with fork dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
