2 pork loin chops;
2 teaspoons each spicy brown mustard and margarine;
1 small apple, cored, pared, and thinly sliced;
1/2 cup sliced onion;
1/2 teaspoon ground savory;
Garnish: parsley sprigs;

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Spread each side of each pork chop with 1/2 teaspoon mustard; set chopson rack in broiling pan and broil, turning once, until browned and done to taste.
While chops are broiling, in a small nonstick skillet heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add apple and onion slices and saute' until onion is lightly browned. Reduce heat to low and sprinkle with savory; cover pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft.
To serve, transfer pork chops to warmed serving plate; top with the apple mixture and garnish with parsley.

This dish can be completely prepared in a large saute' skillet if you desire. It can also be doubled, tripled or quadrupled to serve a larger group.
