Peanut butter recipe:
3 oz. cream cheese or ½ (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter (name brands are creamier so may require more powdered sugar)

Coconut recipe:
Omit peanut butter
Add 1 c. coconut

Cherry recipe:
Omit peanut butter.
Drain and pat dry, add 1 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Make sure they are very dry.

Chocolate Cream:
Omit peanut butter.
Add 1 c. melted chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and shape into egg shape, about walnut-size.
2. Freeze.
3. Dip into melted chocolate, completely cover.
4. Refreeze until chocolate is hard.
5. Keep refrigerated.

Start with 16 oz. powered sugar, add more as needed until easy to roll into egg shapes.
