3 cups flour
3 eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2lb butter
little vanilla(1/2-1 tsp)


FILLING-

Little whiskey- 2Tbsp whiskey
2-2 1/2 cups of walnuts(chopped)
Apricot Preserve(1/2 of a small jar)

(prepare filling next day)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dough ingredients together by hand. When dough is mixed, form four balls and refridgerate over night.

Roll in XX(confectioners) sugar. And roll out with rolling pin. Cut circle into triangles(like a pie). Put filling on each piece, roll from wide side down.

Bake 350º for 8-10mins (until they are light brown, not burnt like granny's lol!)

Sprinkle with Confectioners Sugar
