3 cups warm water
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
7-1/2 cups flour, divided
2 Tbsp fast-rising yeast
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs together, add in warm water, oil, sugar and salt. Mix in 4 cups flour and the yeast. Mix together until a ball forms. Continue adding flour up to 3-1/2 cups while kneading until surface of dough is smooth and elastic.

Grease large bowl. Place dough in bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Place in a warm place for 15 minutes. Punch down dough and pinch into rolls. Place rolls onto greased baking sheet. Let rise for one hour. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Use butter to rub over tops of rolls. Makes 4 large pans of rolls.
