Boil 6 potatoes with sin on- peel and cube- place in 9x13 inch pan

Mix together
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions

Spoon mixture over potatoes and Bake 350 degrees for 30 min
