2 c sugar
1 c butter
1 c Jam
1 c nuts
1 c raisins (grind if you would like)
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp cinnamon and other spices
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cocoa
4 eggs
2 c flour

Filling
2 c sugar
1 c sweet milk
1 c raisins
1 c nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and sugar. Add Jam, nuts, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa, and flour. Mix well them add buttermilk and eggs. pour into two cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Prepare filling and place between layers.
