Ingredients:  
1 lb. beef
1 can mushroom soup (I use golden mushroom)
1 small onion chopped
Garlic minced
1 small can corn
1 small can peas
1 small can green beans
Shredded carrots (I used aa couple handfuls)
1/2 tsp. Salt, pepper, and basil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese

You can substitute a can of mixed vegetables for individual small cans.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown beef with onion and garlic. Mix vegetables together in a bowl. In a baking dish layer beef, vegetables, mashed potatoes spread over top and then sprinkle cheese over all.

Bake for 25-35 minutes until heated and cheese is browned.
