18 Egg Yolks
2-3 tbs Milk
Salt & Pepper
Flour

Whole Chicken
Salt, Pepper & Garlic
3 Chicken Bullion Cubes

Directions:
Directions:
For the noodles, mix togther the egg yolks, milk, salt and pepper. Slowly add flour until the mixture pulls away from the side of the bowl. Turn onto floured surface and knead in additional flour. Roll out noodles on the counter and let dry 3-4 hours.

Meanwhile, place whole chicken in a large stock pot and cover the chicken with water. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Cook on medium heat at a low boil for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and falls apart.

Cut up the noodles. Take the chicken out of the pot, add the chicken bullion cubes and stir until dissolved. Add the noodles to the pot and bring to a boil. Then cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Meanwhile, shredd the chicken. After noodles have cooked through, add in the shredded chicken. Enjoy!
