1 (18.25 oz.) box devil's food or dark chocolate fudge cake mix
1 (3.9 oz.) pkg chocolat instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a (12 cup) bundt pan. Set pan aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, warm water and oil. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Stop and scrape sides of bowl.Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl. Batter should look thick and well-combined.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until cake springs back when lightly pressed with the finger and just starts to pull away from sides of pan. Remove pan from oven and place on wire rack to cool completely, 20 minutes or more. Invert onto serving platter or cake plate. Sift confetioner's sugar over cake or drizzle with your favorite glaze.

A glaze can be made by placing about 3/4 cup of prepared cake icing in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds. Just long enough to get it to pouring consistency. I usually use a combination of chocolat and cream cheese icing turned to glaze. it make s avery pretty and delicious cake.
