ALL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE:
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks butter or margarine
3 cups sugar
6 jumbo eggs
3 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter flavored extract

DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN, CAKE MUST BE PLACED IN A COLD OVEN!
Grease and flour a bundt or tube cake pan.
Sift flour 4 times at least.
Cream butter and sugar about 6 to 8 minutes.
Add flour in parts to creamed mixture, beginning with flour and ending with flour.
Add eggs alternately with flour, beating to mix well after each addition. After flour and eggs have been added add flavoring extracts. Do not over beat, but blend ingredients well.
Pour into prepared pan and place into a COLD OVEN. Turn temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 2 hours. Dump cake onto cooling rack while it is hot.

If you have an oven that heats fast and hot bake cake for 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 hours.
