1¼ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons flour
5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons granulated sugar,optional
Directions:
Directions:
Pour lemon juice over strawberries-drain after a few minutes. Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder-set aside. In separate bowl, beat butter,sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix. Gradually add flour mixture and mix until combined. Stir in chopped white chocolate. Sprinkle strawberries with 1 to 2 tablespoon flour, toss them until all strawberries are coated with flour-stir into batter. Sprinkle cookies with sugar if you want. Bake at 350ºF for 13-15 minutes. Let cool in pan a few minutes.
