2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin

FROSTING (double this)
3 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix together with sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Beat eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in cookie sheet for 20-25 min.
Frost while slightly warm.
