1 can Garbanzo Beans also called Chickpeas
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Onion
4-8 Garlic Cloves
2 T Curry Powder
1 tsp Salt

optional: Winter Squash peeled and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onion. Cut in half between both ends and then cut in slices. Saute in coconut oil on low being careful not to brown onions. Add peeled finely chopped garlic. Sautee 2-3 mins. Add drained and rinsed garbanzo beans. Add entire contents from can of coconut milk, curry and salt. Simmer on lowest setting. Taste adding more curry if desired. A few sprinkles of Masola, Ghost Curry or paprika can also be added if you want it hotter.
