1&1/2 cups AP Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter (room temp)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate.chips
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dried cherries
1 cup toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, then add sugar and brown sugar and cream till blended only.
Add 1 egg and vanilla. Sift flour and baking soda and mix with creamed mixture.
Add one at a time the cherries, chocolate chips, toffee, and oatmeal. Mixture
Will be thick. Roll into 3 logs. Chill and slice or bake immediately. Bake on
parchment covered baking sheet
Bake on 350 degrees
For 8 - 10 nimutes
