Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cup warm water
2 pkg. Fleischman's active dry yeast
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
6 cups bread flour (2 pounds)
1 Tablespoon salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
6 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the water, sugar and yeast together in a small bowl or measuring cup.
In a large bowl mix together flour and salt. Add in vegetable oil and stir to mix. Pour in dissolved yeast mixture and stir with your hands (they are going to get messy).
Once it forms a ball dump onto a floured counter and knead. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth - you may need to add a tablespoon or two more of water if the dough is too dry. Once well combined place dough in a large oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Place in a warm area of the house to rise for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size. You can warm you oven - tum off and set inside but be careful that the oven is not hot or you will kill the yeast before it has time to do it's job. The dough will be doubled in size if you can poke it with your finger and it doesn't push back.
Punch dough down. Form even balls for your rolls by splitting the dough in half, then half each of those in half and so on until you have 32 balls. Form rolls and place in a greased disposable pan. Place about 7 around and one in the center (these should be close together - so your pan may need more or less rolls).
Place covered pans in a warm place and allow to rise again for about an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gently pour melted butter on the tops of the risen rolls. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
To freeze:
Bake rolls for 10 to 15 minutes until set but not golden brown. Allow to cool completely - cover with foil and place into a gallon sized freezer bag. Defrost rolls completely and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
