1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda, sifted
1 c. butter, room temperature
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dried cherries
1 c. chocolate chunks (or chopped)
1 c. toffee pieces
1 1/2 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add white and brown sugar. Scrape down bowl, add egg and vanilla.

Mix together the flour and the baking soda and add to the creamed mixture. Add the oatmeal, cherries, chocolate, and toffee. Using plastic wrap, divide into 3 logs and wrap. Chill and slice 1/2" thick. Bake on parchment (or wax papered) covered baking sheet at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool on rack.

*Logs can be frozen to bake at later time.
