These cookies are best prepared during the (cold) winter months.

3 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa
1/2 cup of milk
1 stick of butter

Boil 2 1/2 minutes then take off the burner.

Add 3 cups of Quaker Oats and 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter

Spoon the cookies onto a sheet of tin foil or wax paper.
