3 c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1⅓ c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 10 oz. pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate covered raisins
3 T. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate covered raisins. Refrigerate dough for 10 minutes. Combine 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into 1¼ inch balls; roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.

Bake at 375º for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
